This site contains a wealth of historical information on Towson, Baltimore County and Maryland, including historic photographs. The Towson Library also houses the Towson History Collection, which is open one afternoon a week. The Friends of Towson Library is a volunteer group that scans and posts online historic photos.

A link to the Maryland State archives can also be found at this site. These archives provide access to over 471,000 historical documents that form the constitutional, legal, legislative, judicial, and administrative basis of Maryland’s government. Included are listings for the baptismal, marriage and death records of some churches in the state, including Trinity Episcopal Church in Towson.
